Terms and Conditions
The following general conditions apply to and are deemed to be incorporated in all contracts for sale and supply of the company’s services and materials.
The placing of an order expresses acceptance of our terms and conditions of business.
These terms and conditions do not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
All prices shown excluding Value Added Tax (VAT) and will be applied at checkout at the statutory rate current at the date of transaction/invoice.
(a) The company reserves the right to alter prices and/or specifications.
(b) The customer has the right to accept or decline any changes as indicated by clause 4 (a).
No items for return can be accepted at the company’s offices without prior agreement with the Agrex Limited.
On approval orders cannot and will not be accepted.
Non receipt or complaints must be reported to the company within 10 working days in writing. This clause does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
No property in or title to the goods shall pass from the company to the customer unless and until the customer has made full and complete payment to the company.
The company does not accept responsibility for damage to any equipment in which our products are used for the purpose other than those for which it was designed.
Payment via Proforma Invoice
Pro-forma invoicing is available, please choose the option at the checkout, supply a PO number (if available) and we will issue an invoice by email. Payment will be required by BACS before the items can be delivered/click & collect.
Once the payment has been received we will confirm receipt and your click & collect / delivery details.
Trade customers – Invoicing is available, please complete a credit application form Download Application Here, print, sign, scan and then email to shop@agrex.co.uk or post to Agrex Ltd, Red Barn Offices, Langworth Road, Scothern, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN2 2UP for approval prior to ordering.
Refunds and Returns
In the unlikely event that your order or goods arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us immediately with photographic evidence at shop@agrex.co.uk.
Should you wrongly order products and do not realise until you have them delivered, then please notify us at shop@agrex.co.uk.
All postage charges for returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser. Items returned, that are agreed as damaged on arrival to the customer, will be exchanged.
Should we dispatch the wrong goods, please notify us immediately so that we can rectify the problem, at no cost to yourself.
These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

All Credit and Debit Card transactions are processed through PayPal which guarantees you with the peace of mind that your details are safe, having been through rigorous security checks with direct X25 secure lines to the banking network.
Delivery and Transit
We deliver to mainland UK via Royal Mail, UPS, DPD or specialist chemical delivery.
‘Delivery prices vary per product: Chemicals & Farm Supplies are per pallet, Washing Lance, Plastic Sprayers & Scraper and Parts sections are per item. PPE are charged at £14.00 minimum order and then £3.50 per subsequent item’.
These will vary due to product availability; either in stock or ordered on request. Unfortunately we do not take orders for export outside of the UK at present.
Agrex Limited reserves the right not to dispatch goods until payment has been made for in full.
